I struggle with depression, ADHD and dyslexia. Every day is a different experience, being able to back track and see how the light reflects my emotions is a form of meditation and medicine for me. I’ve always loved the idea of keeping a journal but have failed to keep one. The numbers of journals that remain in drawers and have been turned into workshop note pads is somewhat embarrassing. So this will be my new assignment for my self. Maybe I’ll end up printing these out for fern ( my daughter) to find years from now.

We took fern to her first parade, it was around this moment she couldn’t handle the stimulation anymore. She has this ability to turn into Velcro when she doesn’t want to let go of you.
